Option 1: Self-Help Resources
Our How-to Articles and FAQ library are a great place to start. Use search to find step-by-step guidance, best practices, and common answers. If you don’t see what you need—or you’d rather not read—no problem. Move on to Option 2.
Option 2: AI-Based Support
Use our AI-based support option, including a ready-to-use prompt compatible with the LLM of your choice, to get fast answers and guidance on common questions and workflows. If AI support doesn’t resolve your issue—or you’d prefer to talk to a person—no problem. Move on to Option 3.
Option 3: Email Support (Preferred)
Email us at Support@TechIDManager.com for direct assistance. This is our preferred support channel, and we aim to respond to all inquiries within one business day. If email isn’t your thing, no problem. Move on to Option 4.
