TechIDManager’s TechIDAgent on windows version 6.255, and newer, will auto-update to the latest version. Older versions need only be updated to 6.255, or newer, and then they will stay updated on their own. To update an older than version 6.255 TechIDAgent on a windows computer is a very simple matter of downloading the latest zip file, extracting it, and telling the TechIDAgent to update.
There is an update PowerShell script provided that will automates these steps, and works great in most RMMs. The update PowerShell script is available for download on every TechIDAgent.Windows release page.
If you want to update manually, then run these steps on the machine to update.
