TechIDClient.Windows 6.728

This is TechIDClient.Windows Version 6.728. This version adds TechIDElevate features and fixes issues from 6.719 with MFA setup flow.

Changes for this release are:

1. TechIDClient.Windows
   1. Notifications for TechIDElevate
      1. new options on settings screen
   2. New icons and images
   3. Opening passphrase dialog moved to integrated Lock Screen
   4. TechIDElevate “ELEVATE REQUST” tab
   5. More .dlls included in install
   6. fixed crash on startup
   7. fixed MFA setup flow
   8. fixed bug with clicking X, or pressing ESC, on password editing dialogs not asking for confirmation
   9. Internal code cleanup
2. TechIDClient.Get
   1. New command lines 
      1. passphrase value – unlock TechIDClient.Windows for this user on this machine
      2. elevaterequest.list – list all pending TechIDElevate requests
      3. elevaterequest.approve requestid – approve the given request id
      4. elevaterequest.deny requestid – deny the given request id
