TechIDAgent.Windows 6.739

TechIDAgent.Windows 6.739 is available . This release includes optional TechIDElevate functionality.

Changes for this release include: 

1. 1. Install script naming change to match update process
   2. TechIDElevate for use by existing partners.
   3. TechIDFilter to enable TechIDElevate as the UAC prompt
   4. DoNotRun instances still check-in with TechIDHost
      1. to allow remotely turning them on and off
      2. to allow remotely turning TechIDElevate on and off
   5. TechIDLogin and TechIDTech tiles allow unlocking from Windows Server editions
   6. TechIDNotify as part of TechIDElevate to let users know about elevation request approval after UAC prompt closed
   7. Internal code clean up
