TechIDHost and TechIDPortal 6.718

Today TechIDHost and TechIDPortal version 6.718 were deployed to AWS to better serve all existing and future TechIDManager clients. No action on cloud hosted clients is required to use the newest version. 

This release is mostly changes to support TechIDElevate and related features and some internally code cleanup. If you have any issues, feature requests, or ideas, let support@ruffiansoftware.com know and we will work on them.
